IP for Cluster projects


 
All cooperation projects should consider and manage their IP, from the very early stages.  The key output from this part of the project has been the creation of a model consortium agreement which all cluster projects can use and adapt to their needs.  The Consortium Agreement can be found here. 


Consortium Agreements should be developed as early as possible in the project. In addition to regulating central IPR questions they also regualte responsibility dividion and finance questions.
